We personalise each of our items individually and with lots of love and care so we’d like to think that if anything were substandard we would spot it before it even leaves us. In the unlikely event that there is a flaw with an item we’ve sent you, rendering it unfit for purpose (i.e. faulty) then under the Consumer Rights Act you have a statutory right to return it.
If you contact us (email@example.com) and return the faulty item within 30 days then we will ask you whether you would like a full refund, repair or replacement. If we do not receive the faulty item from you before the 30 days but within 6 months of the item being purchased, then you will still receive a repair or replacement, however the option of a refund will be offered at our discretion. Requests for returns of faulty items made after 6 months will still be considered although it would need to be evidenced that the item was indeed faulty when it was purchased.
