Delivery within the UK

Free standard delivery is available on all orders within the UK. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery to be made from the date of dispatch.

Optional postage upgrade available (£3.99) to First Class Royal Mail which is usually delivered within 1-2 days from the date of dispatch.

Worldwide delivery

Worldwide delivery is available and many countries have already been added to the checkout area. If you can't find your country as an option for delivery then simply drop us an email at natalie@vinylandthreads.co.uk and we can get you added too! 

 The most appropriate method/carrier will be decided at the time of shipping and where tracking is available the details will be provided. Shipping times will vary although we'll do our best to keep estimates up to date using any relevant information we have. Delays can be caused by things such as bad weather, customs, strike action and these are all outside of our control.

Vinyl & Threads is not responsible for any customs fees you may incur as part of receiving your order.

To ensure that we have all of the correct information and to check that you are happy with our design we will create a draft for your approval before starting the final product. We aim to email the draft to you within 3 working days and once we've had your approval back we'll start work straight away. Please keep an eye on your inbox so you don't miss our email. Don't forget to check your junk folder too!

We personalise each of our items individually and with lots of love and care so we’d like to think that if anything were substandard we would spot it before it even leaves us. In the unlikely event that there is a flaw with an item we’ve sent you, rendering it unfit for purpose (i.e. faulty) then under the Consumer Rights Act you have a statutory right to return it.

If you contact us (natalie@vinylandthreads.co.uk) and return the faulty item within 30 days then we will ask you whether you would like a full refund, repair or replacement. If we do not receive the faulty item from you before the 30 days but within 6 months of the item being purchased, then you will still receive a repair or replacement, however the option of a refund will be offered at our discretion. Requests for returns of faulty items made after 6 months will still be considered although it would need to be evidenced that the item was indeed faulty when it was purchased.
